Scheduling and payment

We schedule every appointment ourselves. After you send a request, we contact you to confirm a date, time and final price. Payment is due when the service is complete.

Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Access and conditions

Please ensure we can reach the vehicle. We may reschedule for unsafe weather. Results depend on the vehicle’s starting condition; some stains and damage cannot be fully removed.

Water and power

We use the customer’s water and electricity. Please make sure an outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet are within reach of where the vehicle is parked.

Valuables and existing damage

Please remove valuables from the vehicle before service. Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility.
