A drive-through wash is quick, but it cleans only the outside and relies on shared brushes or high-pressure chemicals. A mobile detailer washes by hand and cleans the inside, at your location.
Paint safety
Automatic brushes pick up grit from every car before yours, which is how fine swirl marks form. A hand wash with clean microfiber and fresh water avoids that.
Interior care
Most automatic washes do not touch the cabin at all. Vacuuming, wiping surfaces and cleaning glass is where a detail changes how the car feels.
Time and cost
A wash line costs less per visit, but you spend your time driving, waiting and often going back for the inside. Mobile detailing costs more per visit and gives the time back.
